Excellent hotel near the city center

spacious room diverse breakfast

i found the room quite spacious with a balcony. it included a double sink and a large shower. the breakfast selection was very diverse and consistently available. i also appreciated that i could leave my car in the private car park after i checked out.

the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. no fans were available. the windows did not open enough to allow adequate airflow, so sleeping was unpleasant due to the heat.

The breakfast had many options, gluten-free ones included. The location was central. The city center was within walking distance (I enjoyed the walk).

I booked a twin room, but I got a different room. The receptionist told me they were fully booked, and no one could remake the room with two single beds that day.

the hotel design was good.

the spa was not worth the cost, the water temperature was low. many of the spa features were not operational . this was quite disappointing, i expected better facilities.

broken machine subpar buffet

the room was acceptable (nothing lovely).

the breakfast was a real disappointment. the orange juice machine was broken one morning and the coffee machines were frequently out of service. tables also weren't cleaned in a timely manner and i found the buffet items to be subpar for the price.

The staff were helpful. They assisted with luggage storage after checkout. The location offered a short walk to the train station, about five minutes. Breakfast had many options and the beds were really comfortable. I appreciated the quiet location.
